Sacred Health combines a Movement Studio with Complimentary Practitioners Workspace. This ideal arrangement provides the client opportunities for collaboration with multiple Holistic Providers, as well as access to Yoga. Meditation, and other educational Classes and Workshops under one roof. The driving force behind Sacred Health are it's Co-Creators: Sabbath Schrader, RN and Maggie Bannikatti. Their unique backgrounds give Sacred Health it's focus on Mental Health, Ayurveda, Nutrition, Trauma, Reiki, Sound Healing, Chronic Disease and Pain, and the Mind Body Connection.

Sabbath is a Registered Nurse, former Doula and Childbirth Educator, and an Ayurvedic Practitioner in Training. For the last 3.5 years, she has worked on a labor and delivery floor at a local hospital, before that in public health and on medical/surgical floors in the hospital. She has attended multiple trainings in a wide variety of topics, and maintains membership in dozens of local and national organizations. Her biggest interests are women's health and the childbearing years, infants and newborns, cancer, mental health, chronic pain conditions, and chronic disorders. She devotes her free time to her two wonderful children, and supportive husband, and loves to camp, kayak, knit, and learn just as many things as she can.
Maggie is a wife and mother of two with a love of nutrition, holistic health, energy work, and mental health. She is currently completing her Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Drake University. She will also soon finish her Master Nutrition Therapist certification through Nutrition Therapy Institute. Additionally, Maggie is a 2nd degree Reiki practitioner who does energy and sound balancing/healing. By the end of 2020, Maggie will be a tLMHC and be trained in EMDR, working toward certification with EMDRIA. She loves to travel the world with her family, learn languages, play the drum set, be with friends and family, and occasionally indulge in really good dark chocolate.
