Discuss our medical issues, how the relate, what lifestyle and dietary choices you can be making to improve your daily life, and receive referrals to a broad range of providers that can potentially help with issues not being handled by the standard medical model.

This ancient alternative medical model has undergone extensive modern scrutiny to prove just how right they got it when they developed Ayurveda. Determine your innate mind/body constitutional type, and learn how to balance your everyday lifestyle and eating habits to optimize balance.

Pregnancy and Birthing Services: As a labor and delivery nurse, and a doula with over 12 years of birthing experience, I have a passion for working with pregnant, birthing, and postpartum people, and their newborns. On an individual level, I offer Placenta Encapsulation services, a Birth Trauma Resolution Services are coming soon. As an owner of Sacred Health, I have worked hard to provide a space that supports the pregnant and birthing family with lactation support, doula services, placenta encapsulation services, and so many more services and workshop offerings.
When it comes to Chronic Disorders, Persistent Pain, Cancer, Pregnancy and so many other conditions that people struggle with, the truth is we often find ourselves juggling the medical treatment, appointments, and prescriptions. The stress of this reality can often exacerbate conditions that you're suffering from.
